As a highly accomplished and driven professional in the IT and Geospatial Services sectors in a career spanning more than 15 years, Georges Ibrahim brings a wealth of experience and local knowledge to his role as General Manager of Dendra Middle East.

In his current role, Georges is General Manager of Dendra Limited’s GCC operation – a global leader in analysing the condition of ecosystems of any type, from coastlines to deserts – and is based in the global firm’s Abu Dhabi office. As well as oversight of its daily operations, he will develop strategic plans for optimised productivity and customer success, manage teams across multiple departments, and work with the Gulf region’s public and private sectors to implement the latest innovations in key projects.

Prior to joining Dendra in June 2023, Georges had served as the Director of Professional Services in the Geospatial Sector of GISTEC UAE for four years, where he played a pivotal role in driving growth and innovation for the organisation in the Middle East region.

His passion for technology and problem-solving began early in his life, leading him to graduate from the Lebanese American University with a Computer Engineering Programme. Georges has also been awarded several certificates in IT and management including an Executive Certificate in Strategy and Innovation from the renowned Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School of Management.
